It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lola, Encounters with Canada’s precious little mascot and dear companion to Director General Linda Brunet. Lola passed away peacefully on Friday, June 6, 2014, surrounded by love, at the ripe old age of 13. Linda and thousands of participants, monitors and staff will sorely miss her. God bless her dear little soul!
